キューバの新方針！ 資本主義化？

Since the revolution in 1959, Cuba have been in trouble with its economy. In covid-19 pandemic, there were few chance to get foreigun currency through trourism. In addition, one of main material to export, suger was in poor harvest for bad weather this year. Therefore, the situation must be quite bad currently. The initiative, to regalize the owership of small/medium companies intended to revitalise such depleted situation. 

キューバ革命以降、社会主義のキューバは経済面に大きな発展がないままであった。特に近年は感染症の流行で観光業が切迫しているうえ、大きな収入源である砂糖の収穫量が悪天候のため落ち込み、苦しい状況に追い込まれている。中・小企業の所有権が一般に委ねられる今回の新政策はこのような好ましくない経済状況を活性化させる目的であるとみられる。
